Observed bathroom fans not functioning in rooms 139, 106, and 203.

C/A: Toilet, lavatory and bathing facilities shall be mechanically ventilated

Observed debris on the floor and under furniture in rooms 119 and 106.

C/A: Floors, walls, ceilings. windows, doors and all other appurtenances shall be of sound construction, properly maintained in good repair and shall be kept clean

Observed large stain on the mattress in room 322.

CA: Washable mattress pads or covers shall be used on all mattresses. Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin

2. Observed wall above shower in restroom of room 115 water damaged, bubble, and cracked. C/A: Toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Walls, floors, and ceilings shall be constructed of easily cleanable nonabsorbent materials and shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed inoperable ventilation in restroom of room 208.

Observed non-current inspection report (Score: 100) posted along wall of front desk area of facility.

C/A: The most recent tourist accommodation inspection report form shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in a public area such as the registration desk, where it can be read at a distance of one foot away

Observed tub in restroom of room 127 without anti-slip mat/capabilities.

C/A: Anti-slip tubs slip strips, appliqués, or slip-proof mats shall be provided in each bathing facility and shall be kept clean and in good repair

1. Observed soiled pillows along bed(s) in rooms 117, 138, 212, 225, 307, and 343.
2. Observed soiled mattress/ mattress cover in rooms 117, 212, and 343.

C/A: Washable mattress pads or covers shall be used on all mattresses. Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Each bed shall be provided, as a minimum, with two sheets and one pillow and pillowcase. After each occupancy and upon the request of the occupant, sheets and pillowcases shall be changed with fresh laundered linens
