Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed an unapproved scooper (disposable cup) stored in the rice bin on the mobile unit. CA: During pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food preparation and dispensing utensils shall be stored in the food with their handles above the top of the food and the container. PIC will discard disposable cup from rice bin on the mobile unit and will replace it with an approved scooper with the handle up.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

Observed missing ceiling tile in the base of operation near the back exit door. CA: Except as specified under subsection (2)(d) of this Rule and except for antislip floor coverings or applications that may be used for safety reasons, floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. PIC will repair ceiling tile in the base of operation near the back exit door.
