Observed no disposable hand towels at the employee handwashing sink in the employee restroom. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with individual disposable hand towels. PIC put disposable hand towels at the employee handwashing sink in the employee restroom.

Observed no food service permit posted in a visible area of the facility. CFA: Post the permit in a location in the food service establishment that is conspicuous to consumers. PIC was given another copy of the food service permit today (11/18/25) and will post it in a location in the food service establishment that is conspicuous to consumers.

Observed a house hold freezer in the kitchen area being used to store frozen packaged fruits. CA: Equipment and utensils shall be designed and constructed to be durable and to retain their characteristic qualities under normal use conditions. PIC will remove frozen packaged fruits from the house hold freezer and will be purchasing an approved freezer as soon as possible.

Observed unapproved blenders in the kitchen area of the facility. CA: Equipment and utensils shall be designed and constructed to be durable and to retain their characteristic qualities under normal use conditions. PIC removed unapproved blenders from the kitchen area of the facility and only use the approved blender that was permitted for and that is in the kitchen at this time.
