Observed pool to have no chlorine detected. Chlorine must be maintained a minimum of 2.0. Called CPO.
Regulation: 511-3-5-.16(2)(a) - (a) every pool and spa shall be required to have at least one unit of disinfectant agent equipment that introduces the agent through the circulation system in compliance with this rule
Observed salt board not operating to dispense adequate disinfectant. Called CPO. Salt board will be repaired next week.

Daily record keeping has not been recorded. CA: Pool and chemicals must be checked twice daily and the chemicals recorded.
