Observed scoops without handles being used in prep area and handles of scoops stored down in food product (prep line and in dry storage under prep line). CA: Only use a scoop with a handle, no bowl like scoop and ensure handles are stored out of food product.

Observed black build-up on wall along top seam of the 3-comparment sink. CA: Clean thoroughly to remove build-up.
