Observed a produce slicer with dried food debris between the top blades that was stored as clean on the top of the dish rack across from the dish machine. COS: staff washed, rinsed, and sanitized the slicer.

Observed a few plates stored as clean on top of the reach in cooler across from the grill that contained food residue/grease. COS< Staff washed, rinsed, and sanitized the plates.

-Wipe out the reach in cooler along with the gaskets that has chicken stored in it and is located across from the grill. -Sweep out the walk in freezer -Wipe out the potato warmer
