Observed shell eggs stored by cooked bacon and cooked cauliflowers stored on top of raw bacon in walk-in cooler. Raw and ready-to-eat food items should be separated to prevent contamination. PIC put food item in correct food storage order during inspection.
1-2B - certified food protection manager

Observed no certified food safety manager posted or on file at time of inspection. The original CFSM certificate shall be posted in public view in each food service establishment. An additional copy shall be retained on file at the food service establishment at all times and shall be made available for inspection by the Health Authority.
2-2B - proper eating, tasting, drinking, or tobacco use

Observed employee come from outside back door with one glove on hand and grab a couple of fries from consumer basket and eat it. Employees shall consume food only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas. Employee discarded basket of fries, rewashed hands and put on new pair of gloves during inspection
16A - hot and cold water available; adequate pressure

Observed no water pressure at hand wash sink in server alley near drink station. Water under pressure shall be provided to all fixtures, equipment, and nonfood equipment that are required to use water. Employees will use hand wash sink in kitchen area until fixed.
