Observed forks stored with lip contact surface exposed. Forks removed and replaced with handle side up. Knives, forks, and spoons that are not pre-wrapped shall be presented so that only the handles are touched by employees and by consumers if consumer self-service is provided
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(j) - using dressing rooms & lockers, used for changing clothes and storing employee belongings (c)
Observed employee beverage stored on prep top area during inspection. Employee items shall be stored in a designated area to prevent contamination. Employee beverage relocated during inspection.
