Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf)
Observed sanitizer at three compartment sink not reaching minimum chemical concentrations. Chemical sanitizer used for sanitizing should be at adequate concentrations. PIC remade sanitizer during inspection.

Observed pink build up on wall of ice machine in back kitchen area. Food-contact surfaces should be clean frequently to minimize accumulation.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(j) - using dressing rooms & lockers, used for changing clothes and storing employee belongings (c)
Observed employee drink stored on prep table. Employee items should be stored in designated area away from consumer items and prep areas. PIC moved item during inspection.
