Observed ready-to-eat cooked onions stored in front of raw bacon, cheese stored in front of shelled eggs, and raw chicken and beef stored in the same container in reach-in cooler. Storage order corrected and raw meat stored together discarded during inspection.
15B - warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips

Observed no test strips to properly test sanitizer levels in three compartment sink. Test strips shall be provided and readily accessible for frequently measuring the washing and sanitizing levels. Test strips ordered during inspection.
