Observed employee leave the bathroom, talk to a costumer at the drive-thru window and immediately grab a container of gravy and mash potatoes out the warming cabinet. All food employees leaving the restroom shall wash their hands again upon re-entering the food preparation area. PIC stopped the employee from touching anything else, had them to discard the food item they touched and wash their hands.
