Observed black build up on soda nozzles at drive-thru and lobby area. Food contact surfaces should be clean frequently to minimize accumulation.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(j) - using dressing rooms & lockers, used for changing clothes and storing employee belongings (c)
Observed employee phones stored on prep table in back kitchen and front service area. Employee personal belongings should be stored in a designated area. All employee phones moved during inspection.
