Observed employee wearing a ring that is not a smooth solid band. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food.

Observed broken boards along the bottom of exterior walls, a hole in the soffit by back entrance and missing tiles along the back wall of cook line.
