Observed raw ground sausage stored behind ready-to-eat cooked mushrooms in prep-top cooler and par-cooked chicken wings stored above ready-to-eat raw french fries in reach-in cooler. Storage order corrected during inspection.

Observed multiple containers of cooking oil stored on floor in main kitchen. Food shall be stored 6in. off the floor to prevent contamination. Cooking oil relocated during inspection.

Observed back door open without outer opening protected from pest entry. Outer door shall be solid, self-closing, and tight-fitting. Employee closed door during inspection.
