Observed multiple containers of chemical wipes stored on food prep surface next to food equipment and supplies. Chemicals should be stored away from food and food equipment to prevent contamination. PIC moved chemical wipes during inspection.

Observed single use cups used to scoop food items in two separate containers. Single use items may not be reused. PIC removed and discarded single use cup during inspection.

Observed employee not washing their hands at multiple opportunities after engaging in other activities that contaminate the hands. Employee advised to wash hands regularly to prevent contamination.

Observed employee beverage stored on prep top surface with no lid or straw.
