Observed black build up on baffle wall of ice machine and soda nozzles Food contact surfaces should be cleaned frequently to prevent accumulation. Ice machine and soda nozzles cleaned during inspection

Observed food debris build up on blade of can opener. Equipment food contact surfaces should be cleaned frequently to prevent accumulation. Can opener washed, rinsed and sanitized during inspection.
12A - contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(i) - storage or display of food in contact with water or ice (c)
Observed multiple containers of catfish and cod in reach-in cooler and walk-in stored in contact with water. Unless raw fish is received immersed in ice in shipping containers, fish should be stored not in direct contact with water.
12C - wiping cloths: properly used and stored

Observed wiping clothes stored in sanitizer bucket not reaching minimum chemical concentrations. Sanitizer remade during inspection.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed scoop handles touching hashbrowns and cut potatoes in reach-in cooler. Scoop handles should be stored above food items. Scoop handles repositioned during inspection.
