Observed multiple pans with labels stored stacked inside other pans after cleaning. Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment shall be sanitized before use after cleaning. Labels removed and pans rewashed during inspection.

Observed metal pans stored wet. Dishes are to be completely dry before stacking. Pans separated and allowed to airdry during inspection.
