Observed single-use utensils stored in over-sized container allowing food-contact surfaces to be handled by employee. Single use utensils shall be displayed so that contamination of food-and lip-contact surfaces is prevented. Manager repositioned single-use utensils so lip-contact surface was protected.

Observed ice cream cart stored under food-prep counter. Maintenance tools shall be stored so they do not contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles. Ice cream cart relocated to storage area during inspection.
