PIC does not know when it was opened. Observed 2% milk in Haier Unit in breakfast area with a date of 07/31/24 through 08/08/24 which is the expiration date on the gallon of milk. Correct date should be 07/31/24 through 08/06/24. The 2% milk in the gallon in back should have a date on it when it was opened. Use that date also to date mark the container set out for breakfast. COS: PIC ended breakfast and discarded the milk. EH discussed proper date marking with her.
