PIC stated they will have the floors and walls cleaned within three to five days and will contact General Manager Elizabeth Wenchell to address the ceiling tiles.

OBSERVED FLOOR PLATE DIRECTLY BEHINF THE DOOR INSIDE THE WALK COOLER MISSING SCREWS POSING A TRIP HAZARD. OBSERVED WALK IN COOLER FLOOR PANELS SHIFTING WHEN WALKED ON DUE TO SCREWS PULLING OUT OF THE SUBSURFACE.
