13-202(g): An operable, hard-wired, weather proof phone with direct 911 access or capability shall be installed in a conspicuous location and readily available at all times. Observed phone with direct line to Emory EMS instead of 911.
13-202(d): Pool shall be provided with a shepherds hook and a coast guard approved life saving ring. Pools longer than 50 ft. must have an additional set of life saving equipment for each 50 ft. of pool length. Observed only 1 shepherds hook, and one of two lifesaving rings with no rope handle and in disrepair.

13-191(a): All piping and equipment in equipment room shall be clearly labeled. Observed no labeling to distinguish pool equipment from spa equipment.
13-187(c): Current inspection report shall be displayed in a conspicuous area where it is easily readable. Observed inspection report dated 3/15/2024, current inspection was not posted.
