13-202(i): Spa shall have approved Emergency Action Plan(EAP). Observed EAP missing several key elements for drowning, head trauma, and spinal injury.

13-190(a)(8): An unbreakable thermometer designed for pool use must be available in spa for bathers/staff to monitor temperature. Observed no spa thermometer.

13-202(g): An operable, hard-wired, weatherproof phone with direct access 911 access or capability shall be installed in a conspicuous location and readily available at all times. Observed phone with direct line to Emory EMS instead of 911.

13-202(d): Pool shall be provided with a shepherds hook and a coast guard approved life saving ring. Pools longer than 50 feet must have an additional set of lifesaving equipment for each 50 feet of pool length. Observed only 1 shepherds hook and 1 of 2 life saving rings missing rope handles and in disrepair.

Lifeguard training certificates available onsite. CPO did not have certificates readily available on site, but was able to retrieve them.

13-191(a): All valves and piping in equipment room shall be clearly labeled. Observed no distinction/labels for hot tub pipes vs. pool pipes and equipment.

13-187(c): Current inspection report shall be displayed in a conspicuous location. Observed outdated inspection report (3/15/2024). Current inspection report was not posted.
