13-189(c)(1) Pool chlorine observed to be below 3 ppm. Observed at 0.6 ppm.

13-197(a) Pool chlorinator observed to have chlorine tablets inside, but there was no increase in pool chlorine level after turning the dial up. Please repair or replace the chlorinator.

13-190(a)(7) Flowmeter was inoperable, so turnover could not be assessed.

13-189(a)(5): All pools shall be kept free from sediment, dirt, and debris by frequently brushing and vacuuming the bottom and sidewalls. Observed debris at the bottom of the pool.

13-189(c)(1) - The pool shall be maintained in an alkaline condition at all times with a pH level between 7.2 – 7.8. Observed pH at 6.7

13-190(a) All circulation system components shall function properly and be maintained in a clean conditions. At the time of inspection, skimmers were not operable

13-189(c)(2) - Cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100ppm. Observed cyanuric acid at 176ppm

13-187(c) - A copy of the pool operator’s certificate shall be conspicuously displayed near the operating permit.

13-202(f): Where no qualified lifeguard is on duty, sign shall be posted in a conspicuous location. In clear 4 inch high letters, "WARNING - NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY".

13-201(c)(4) Tempered water must have temperature range between 70 and 104 degrees. No hot water in women's bathroom

13-187(C) - The operating permit shall be framed and displayed in conspicuous place as close to the pool entrance as possible such that it is easily readable by the public at all times.
