Observed food stored uncovered at the time of inspection. CA: All food and sauces shall be stored covered to prevent contamination. COS- PIC covered food items.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - food contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency (p, c)
Observed cheese dispenser unclean with cheese residue. CA: All food and non food contact surfaces shall be cleaned regularly and by sight and touch to prevent build up. COS- PIC cleaned and sanitized equipment.

Observed food handler prep raw chicken on vegetable sink. CA: Vegetable sinks can never be used to store or prep raw animal food. COS- Education provided. PIC removed raw chicken from vegetable sink and washed, rinsed and sanitized prep sink.

Observed carbonator pipes leaking in a large white container that was filled with water at the time of inspection. CA: System Maintained in Good Repair. A plumbing system shall be repaired according to law; P and maintained in good repair. PIC have 72 hours to repair leak.
