Observed 2 hot holding units with accumulation of food residue. CA: All food contact surfaces and non food contact surfaces shall be cleaned regularly and by sight and touch to prevent build up.

Observed open boxes of single use gloves used be food employees to prepare RTE food items for customer consumption stored directly under Chemicals used for cleaning the establishment. COS: PIC removed and relocated gloves to shelve above chemicals.

Refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be removed from the premises at a frequency that will minimize the development of objectionable odors and other conditions that attract or harbor insects and rodents. Observed dumpster overflowing garbage. As per PIC, Garbage was not removed on day prior to inspection as Dumpster Area was locked during scheduled garbage pick up on day prior to inspection. PIC stated that garbage company was called to pick up garbage today 10/16/2025
