Observed open boxes of single use gloves used be food employees to prepare RTE food items for customer consumption stored directly under Chemicals used for cleaning the establishment. COS: PIC removed and relocated gloves to shelve above chemicals.

Observed dumpster overflowing garbage. As per PIC, Garbage was not removed on day prior to inspection as Dumpster Area was locked during scheduled garbage pick up on day prior to inspection.
