Observed 3 pans of mac and cheese uncovered at the time of inspection. CA:xcept as specified under paragraph 2. of this subsection and when cooling as specified in DPH Rule 511-6-1-.04(6)(e)2.(ii), storing the food in packages, covered containers, or wrappings, except for loosely covered or uncovered containers in which food is being cooled if protected from overhead contamination; COS- PIC covered food.

Observed ice in ice bin stored uncovered at the time of inspection. CA: xcept as specified under paragraph 2. of this subsection and when cooling as specified in DPH Rule 511-6-1-.04(6)(e)2.(ii), storing the food in packages, covered containers, or wrappings, except for loosely covered or uncovered containers in which food is being cooled if protected from overhead contamination;

Observed interior of ice machine heavily stained with accumulation of buildup. CA: food contact surfaces shall be cleaned regularly and by sight and touch to prevent build up. COS: PIC started to melt ice and stated ice machine will be washed, rinsed and sanitized before use.

Observed interior and outside of sugar bin unclean to sight and touch with accumulation of food residue. CA: Food contact surfaces shall be cleaned regularly and by sight and touch to prevent build up.

Observed interior and exterior of toaster and microwave unclean with accumulation of food residue. CA: Food contact surfaces shall be cleaned regularly and by sight and touch to prevent buildup. Discussed with PIC that all surfaces shall be washed, rinsed and sanitized within 24 hours.
