Observed cloths in solution with 0ppm chemical concentration at front food service area. COS. Sanitizer solutions were dumped and remade to 200ppm quat. CA. Cloths for wiping shall be health in solution with chemical sanitizer at concentration recommended by manufacturer.

Observed gaskets of pass thru cooler and inside microwave not clean to sight and touch. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
