13-201(j) An adequately sized, covered and lined trash receptacle shall be provided in each men and women's sanitary facility area.*Observed men's trash had no liner but filled with trash and women's bathroom had no trash can.

13-189(c)(1): The free chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained at a concentration of no less than 3ppm and shall not exceed 10ppm. The pool was observed at 10.73ppm.

13-202(d): Each pool shall be provided with a Coast guard approved lifesaving ring firmly attached to a throwing rope. The pool was observed to not have a Coast Guard approved lifesaving ring.

13-189(a)(5) All pools shall be kept free from sediment, dirt or debris or visible scum. Pool surface appears stained at inspection.

Facility doesn’t have kids on trash receptacles in both restrooms.

13-188(a) Pool surfaces should be in good repair. Observed pool surface with significant staining. Pool should be redone soon.

13-202(k) Pool needs to obtain new first aid kit. Kit must be able to treat at least 15 people.
