Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)1 - equipment, food-contact surfaces,& utensils (pf)
Observed knives stored as clean with food debris build up around handles. Also observed black organic growth and bucket stored inside produce sink. PIC advised to clean and sanitize utensils (knives on magnetic rack) and produce sink. CA. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.

Observed build up grease on steam hood. CA. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris

Observed damaged light bulb shield in main kitchen. Replace light bulb sheild.
