13-190(a): Equipment shall be operated continuously on a 24 hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of 1 turnover every 6 hours for standard pools. Flow meter read 90 gpm instead of required 97.22 gpm.
22 - signs: peak occupancy/pool/spa/signs legible and in clearview
13-202(m): Safety rules and regulations shall be easily readable and shall be conspicuously posted in the pool area. The lettering shall be a min. of 3/4" except as otherwise noted. (Rules must contain at a min. the 12 statements in the pool code). No peak bather load/peak occupancy on signage.
34 - inspection report placed in public view
13-187(c): The current inspection report shall be displayed in a conspicuous place where it is easily readable by the public at all times upon entry into the pool area. Not displayed.

13-198(a): Equipment shall be located in a permanent room or completely enclosed area. The entry door shall open to the exterior of the equipment room or enclosure and shall be kept locked except for servicing the pool equipment. Pump room was unlocked.
