13-188(d)(1): Permanent, slip-resistant, easily readable depth markers should have "No Diving" in minimum 2 inches tall. Observation: No diving is less than 2 inches.

13-191(a)(4): Pool wastewater shall be directed to a sanitary sewer. Observation: Backwash was discharging into the grass.

13-201(k): A minimum of 1 diaper changing station for babies shall be in both men's and women's bathrooms. Observation: No diaper changing stations in both.

13-198(b): Ventilation of fresh make up air must be provided by an exhaust fan that is chlorine-resistant. The entire enclosure shall have concrete floor that slopes 1/4 in per foot to a floor drain connected to a sanitary sewer. Observation: Floor is wooden and there is no vents in the equipment room.

13-189(c)(4): Pool water shall be tested for disinfectant and pH at least 2 times per day including prior to opening and during peak bathing loads. Observed that pool log did not indicate that the pool was being tested twice daily.

13-202(m): Safety rules shall be easily readable and conspicuously posted inside pool area. Must contain 12 required statements in pool code. Observed that pool rules signage was missing information on the emergency phone location.

13-188(a): Pool surfaces shall have no cracks or open joints; constructed of approved materials. Observed that pool deck was showing signs of intense cracking, advising repair.

I observed pool decking in poor repair.

13-188(d)(2): Portions of the pool 5' or less shall have "No Diving" in minimum 2 inch letters. Observed deck tiles with "No Diving" written in smaller than 2 inch letters with diving symbol.

13-187(c): The current inspection report shall be displayed in a conspicuous place where it is easily readable by the public at all times upon entry into the pool area - Could not locate most recent inspection. Older inspection posted.

13-197(k): All pools shall have dedicated, safe storage for chemicals. Observed chemicals on floor of pump room. Advised to move to pallet/shelf.

13-202(g): An operable telephone with direct 911 access shall be readily available at all times. Telephone was not operational.

13-202(c): Each pool operator shall maintain test logs and make available for inspection onsite. Test logs were not available.
