13-188(a) Pool surface, at deep end, is stained. Its in need of brushing.

13-190(a)The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty-four (24) hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of turnovers per day. Pool operates on 4 hours(deep),1 hour(lazy river) and 2 hours(shallow). Deep end should be at 571 gpm, observed at 450 gpm. Shallow end should be at 133 gpm, observed at 120.

13-190(a)(4) Main drain openings must be covered by an approved, secured grating. Unable to verify if drain covers are secured with no cracks due to cloudy pool water.

13-189(c)(6)At all times when a pool is in use, the water shall be of such clarity that the main drains on the bottom of the pool at the deepest point are clearly visible from the deck. The viewer shall be able to clearly distinguish the type, shape and number of openings of the main drain grates or covers. Observed cloudy pool water. Unable to see main drains clearly.

13-197(a)The water in each pool shall be continuously chemically treated with an approved disinfecting agent, with associated, approved equipment. Upon arrival, liquid chlorine feeder pump not functioning properly. Pulsar erosion feeder has no tablets and pump was off. COS: CPO stated liquid chlorine feeder had electrical issues and connected to another electrical outlet via extension cord. CPO brough pulsar tablets but there is a leak with chlorinator. repair pulsar chlorinator.

1 lavatory, with tempered water with a temperature range of 70°F to 104°F shall be provided for each 100 men or women. Observed one hand sink not functioning. Observed a hand sink that said " Hot. DO not use" in Spanish.
