13-189(c)(4): The pool water shall be tested for the disinfectant level and pH at least 2 times each day or as often as necessary if circumstances warrant, including prior to opening and during peak bathing loads. Observed pool logs not taken twice daily.

Emergency, pool operator, and health department numbers posted by phone. Observed the phone numbers posted on a wall not by the pool phone (on other side).

13-202(g): An operable hard-wired, weatherproof telephone, with direct 911 access or capability installed in a conspicuous location shall be readily available at all times within the pool enclosure (NO CELLPHONES!).

13-187(c) Permit shall be framed and displayed to the public at all times as close to the entrance as possible. Observed that current operational permit was not posted on display.

13-187(c): The current inspection report shall be displayed in a conspicuous place where it is easily readable by the public at all times. Observed most recent inspection hidden under an older inspection report.

13-189(a)(5): All pools shall be kept free from sediment, dirt, and debris by frequent brushing. Visible scum shall be removed immediately. Observed visible scum on pool walls. Advised to acid wash/ resurface pool in the off season- prior to next permitting.

13-197(k): All pools shall have safe chemical storage for pool chemicals. Observed pool chemicals on the floor - must be moved to a shelf, palette, etc.
