13-190(a)(7): An adequately sized flow meter shall be used to accurately indicate the circulation rate. Observed a flow meter with maximum sch. 40 GPM reading of 120. The minimum flow meter reading to reach a turnover rate of 4 hours for this pool is 240, making this flow meter inadequately sized.

13-184(e)(5): Unsecured hand rails considered a safety hazard. Observed both step railings loose. Pool can be open, no IHH present at this time.

13-201(b): A shower with tempered water between 70F and 104F shall be provided at each entrance to pool area, no more than 25 ft. from entrance.

13-202(i): Pool shall have a departmentally approved Emergency Action Plan(EAP). Observed no EAP at the time of inspection.

13-198(a): Equipment for pool shall be located in a completely enclosed area and the entry door shall be kept locked except for when servicing pool equipment. Observed equipment room area outside with no lock on the entrance and with no roof/enclosure.

13-189(c)(10: If a stabilizing agent is used (for an outdoor pool), a concentration of no less than three parts per million (3ppm) should be observable at all times.

Observed a chlorine reading of 0.34ppm.

13-202(d): each pool shall be provided with a Coast Guard approved lifesaving ring.

Observed that the lifesaving ring present at pool facility was not Coast Guard approved.
