Observed one guest room with no available hot water at the bathroom sink/shower. All guest rooms must have an adequate supply of hot water at required fixtures.

CA: Hot and cold running water under pressure shall be provided to all lavatories, bathing facilities, laundry facilities, and water-using equipment where eating and drinking utensils are washed. In all new tourist accommodations, and where possible in existing tourist accommodations, hot water in all guest rooms shall not exceed 120F

Observed bathroom vents in multiple guest rooms with visible dust accumulation. Observed lamps in multiple guest rooms 111, 119, 223, 225 with visible dust accumulation.

CA: Management instructed to ensure all lamps and similar room fixtures are routinely dusted and kept in a clean condition. Staff will clean affected rooms and implement regular housekeeping checks. Vents must be cleaned regularly and maintained free of dust and debris to ensure proper ventilation and sanitation

Observed live roach in room 316. he premises shall be kept in such condition as to prevent the attraction, harborage or feeding of insects or rodents. Restricted use pesticides, as specified in 40 CFR 152 Subpart I - Classification of Pesticides shall be applied only by a licensed professional

Observed no fire/gas equipment has not been done for hotel facility. All gas-fired equipment shall be inspected at least annually by a qualified licensed contractor or local fire authority, if available. PIC unable to produce previous or current fire/ gas equipment inspection

Onserved current permit not posted at the time of inspection. Any person operating a tourist accommodation shall obtain and display a valid DPH tourist accommodation permit issued by the Health Authority

Observed all vents in rooms inspected with an accumulation of dust. In existing tourist accommodations permitted prior to the adoption of this rule, the current ventilation must prevent odor, mold, mildew, and moisture
