Observed TCS (time/temperature control for safety foods) cold holding at temperatures above 41F. Observed sliced ham cold holding at 47F, located in the Top-section of the Prep Top Cooler. COS: PIC discarded the sliced ham and called maintenance. Maintenance showed up during the inspection and adjusted the Prep Top Cooler.
