Observed employee pick up sliced cheese off the ground and change gloves without washing hands in between.
COS employee removed gloves and washed hands.

Observed food handling employee wearing a wrist watch.
COS employee removed watch and washed hands.
Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food.

Observed a gap at the drive thru window.
Window needs to be sealed properly to prevent the entry of pests.

Observed debris accumulation underneath shelves and grease on countertops.
Facility needs to move equipment to clean areas.
