13-202(h) The telephone number of the pool operator, manager, and of the Health Department shall be posted at the telephone.
13-189(c)(1)- Observed free chlorine at 2.5ppm. If stabilizing agents are used (OUTSIDE POOLS ONLY) a free-chlorine residual shall be maintained at a concentration of no less than three parts per million (3ppm) at all times. Free chlorine (stabilized or unstabilized) shall not exceed ten parts per million (10ppm) except when super-chlorinating or shocking the pool.
13-189(c)(4) The pool water shall be tested for the disinfectant level and pH at least 2 times each day or as often as necessary if circumstances warrant, including prior to opening and during peak bathing loads.
13-188(d)(1)At the shallow portions of the pool or where depths are five feet (5’) or less shall have permanent “No Diving” in minimum two inch (2”) black letters with white background spaced evenly around the pool perimeter located next to the depth markers within eighteen inches (18”) of pool wall. “No Diving” symbol can only be used in conjunction with words. No diving in one area of the pool was painted on the deck and faded (not legible). Discussed with CPO must be replaced before next pool season.
13-184(e)(5) It is an imminent health hazard if the sanitary facilities are not maintained, functional, and clean. Toilet not working in the men's bathroom. Needs repair. Bathroom needs to be cleaned better, as well. Sinks should have hot and cold water, as well.
13-201(c)(3)1 lavatory, with tempered water with a temperature range of 70°F to 104°F shall be provided for each 100 men or women. Observed no hot water in both men and women restrooms
13-201(k) At all times, an adequate supply of liquid soap, toilet paper and paper towels shall be provided and stored in appropriate dispensers conveniently accessible to users. No hand soap in women's restroom
13-187(c) Inspection report not posted. The current inspection report shall be displayed in a conspicuous place where it is easily readable by the public at all times upon entry into the pool area.
13-202(i) Each pool facility shall have in place a departmentally approved EAP. A written copy of the EAP shall be located to allow for immediate access in case of an emergency. Observed EAP digitally not readily available during inspection

I observed main pools pressure gauge not functioning.
I observed dirt on floor. I observed pool surface is vinyl, the code does not allow this. At the point of any major renovation a permit must be obtained and the surface must be approved prior to construction.

13-188(d)(1) No Diving markers shall be permanent and in 2 inch lettering. No Diving marker lettering was smaller than 2 inches. Repeat violation.
13-188(h)(3) Deck surface should not be rough or abrasive. Observation: parts of the deck were rough and need repair.
