13-202(h) – Emergency Contact Posting The telephone number of the pool operator, manager, and the Health Department must be posted at the poolside telephone. Observation: Required contact numbers were not posted at the telephone.

For outdoor pools using stabilizing agents, free chlorine must be maintained at a minimum of 3 ppm and must not exceed 10 ppm, except during super-chlorination. Observation: Free chlorine measured at 0.5 ppm, below the required minimum.

13-189(c)(4) The pool water shall be tested for the disinfectant level and pH at least 2 times each day or as often as necessary if circumstances warrant, including prior to opening and during peak bathing loads.

13-184(e)(5) – Imminent Health Hazard: Sanitary Facilities Not Maintained. Sanitary facilities must be functional, maintained, and clean. Observation: The toilet in the men's restroom was not operational. The bathroom required improved cleaning, sewage on the ground surface near the floor drain in the women's restroom, and all sinks must provide both hot and cold running water.

13-201(k) – Hygiene Supplies An adequate supply of liquid soap, toilet paper, and paper towels must be provided and stored in appropriate dispensers accessible to users. Observation: No hand soap was available in the women’s restroom.

13-187(c) – Inspection Report Not Posted The current inspection report must be posted in a conspicuous location viewable to the public upon entry to the pool area. Observation: No inspection report was posted.

13-202(i) – Emergency Action Plan (EAP) not readily accessible. Observation: The facility's EAP was stored digitally but was not immediately accessible during the inspection. Requirement: Each pool facility must maintain a departmentally approved EAP, with a written copy available for immediate access in the event of an emergency.
