13-190(a)(7): An adequately sized flow meter shall be installed to accurately indicate the circulation rate in GPM. Observed flow meter installed in proper location but could not measure circulation rate as it was non-functional.

13-187(c): The operating permit shall be framed & displayed in a conspicuous place. Observed operating permit from 2023-2024. Please display the most recent/current operating permit.

13-190(a): equipment should be run continuously to achieve minimum of 4 turnovers per day. -flowrate observed at 60 gpm, should be at least 70 gpm.

13-197(k): all pools shall have adequate, safe, and secure dedicated storage for pool chemicals. -pool toys and toiletries being kept in the equipment room. Need to be removed and stored elsewhere. -equipment room should be kept locked unless performing maintenance.

13-202 (c): each pool operator should maintain and make available for inspection onsite daily records of operating information, including data on disinfectant levels, pH, and maintenance. -chemical readings not taken daily.

13-197(k): all pools shall have adequate, safe, and secure dedicated storage for pool chemicals. -pool salt bags being kept on the floor. -pool toys and toiletries being kept in the equipment room. Need to be removed and stored elsewhere.

13-202(m):safety rules and regulations shall be posted correctly in the pool area. There are missing statements that need to be placed in the pool area

13-188(a): pool surface shall have no cracks or open joints. The pool is stained at the bottom

13-190(a): the equipment shall be operated on a 6 hour turnover. GPM needs to be at 71 and was recorded at 60

13-189(c)(2): cyanuric acid levels shall not exceed 100ppm. It was recorded at 130ppm.

13-189(a)(5): pool shall be kept free from sediment and dirt. There is staining that indicates brushing, acid washing, or re-plastering needs to be done to the pool surface.
