13-190(a): Observed pool not operating at a turnover rate of 6 hours or less. CA: The equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty-four (24) hour basis to obtain the minimum required number of four (4) turnovers per day, or one turnover every six (6) hours (pools); every 30 mins. for spas.

13-189(c)(1): chlorine shall be kept above the minimum of 3.0 ppm and below the maximum of 10.0 ppm at all times that the pool is operating. -free chlorine was measured at 1.92ppm then to 16.99 ppm. -CPO and manager state that they will correct the chemical readings in the pool.

CA: An adequately sized flow meter shall be installed on the return line to accurately indicate the circulation rate in gallons per minute (GPM); shall be conspicuously located. -CPO states that he will fix the flow meter.

13-202: entry to the pool must be through a self closing gate. -one gate has a non-functional latch. Open when I arrived and had operator padlock. Emphasized that gate must remain padlocked until latch is repaired.

13-202(a)(3): when pool is closed, must display sign that reads "pool closed" and secure all gates. -operator claimed that pool was closed for maintenance upon arrival, but there was no sign to corroborate closure.

13-202(c): operators should maintain records of daily disinfectant levels and pH, and maintenance. -records not taken daily; no indication of corrective actions when chemicals outside of required range.

Observed pool deck with visible cracks on surface. Informed CPO to request repair from contactor.

13-189(a)(5): pools shall be kept free of dirt and debris. There is a little sand at the bottom of the pool.
