Flow meter readings are less than 155 gpm. CA 13-190(a)The circulation equipment shall be operated continuously on a twenty-four (24) hour basis to obtain the minimum required rate of one turnover every thirty (30) minutes.
Discussed with PIC to have the pool servicer to install either 2 flow meters capable of measuring the return flow or a larger capacity flow meter.

13-202(g) Phone shall be operational at all times. OBSERVATION: telephone is not in working.
13-189(c)(1) The pool shall be maintained in an alkaline condition at all times with the pH level between 7.2-7.8. Reading obtained was 8.1
13-189(c)(4) The pool water shall be tested for the disinfectant level and pH at least two times each day or as often as necessary if circumstances warrant, including prior to opening and during peak bathing loads. If applicable, the cyanurate level shall be tested at least once a week. Test results shall be entered on a log that shall be maintained in the pool area for ready access whenever the pool is open. OBSERVATION: Last pool recording in the log book is from 8-18-25.
