OBSERVATION: Oven/grill cleaner in spray bottle without label. COS-spray bottle labeled. Discussed with PIC that all chemicals shall be labeled.
11D - thermometers provided and accurate
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(3)(g) - food tmd, provided and accessible; appropriate tmd for measuring thin foods (pf)
CA: 1. Food temperature measuring devices shall be provided and readily accessible for use in ensuring attainment and maintenance of food temperatures as specified under DPH Rule 511-6-1-.04. Pf 2. A temperature measuring device with a suitable small-diameter probe that is designed to measure the temperature of thin masses shall be provided and readily accessible to accurately measure the temperature in thin foods such as meat patties and fish filets. OBSERVATION: No thermometer provided for food testing. Discussed with PIC to have a product testing thermometer purchased by 3-3-26 and to send a photo of the thermometer via email

Regulation: O.C.G.A. 31-12A-1 to 31-12A-13 - ga smoke free air act of 2005
CA: Smoking shall not occur inside of the food service establishment including the restroom. Cigarette butts (2) observed in the restroom on the floor. Discussed with PIC to clean the floor. No smoking sign is posted inside of the facility.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3 - equipment, food/nonfood-contact surfaces, and utensils, food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment & nonfood-contact surfaces free of accumulations (c)
CA: 3. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
OBSERVATION: Exterior of coolers unclean with food particles. Exterior of bulk food containers unclean with food splatter and particles.
