2 - self-closing / self-latching gates
13-202(a) Entry to the pool shall be through a self-closing, self-latching gate or door. Entrance gate must be able to self-close when opened 4" or more.

13-202(g) Emergency phone must be operable at all times. (No Cellphones).

13-189(c)(1) The free chlorine residual shall be maintained within the range 3ppm to 10ppm. Observed chlorine reading 0.09ppm at inspection.
7 - ph between 7.2 and 7.8
13-189(c)(1) The pool shall be maintained in an alkaline state at all times with a pH level between 7.2-7.8. Observed pH at 8.1 at inspection.
11 - appropriate lifesaving equipment present
13-202(d) Each pool shall be provided with a coast guard approved life-saving ring, firmly attached to a 1/4"-3/8" diameter throwing rope that is as long as 1 and 1/2 times the max width of the pool. No throwing rope attached to life saving ring at inspection.
19 - adequate turnover rate
13-190(a) The equipment shall be operated continuously to obtain the minimum required 4 turnovers per day or one turn over every 6 hours. Flow meter not working at time of inspection.

13-189(a)(5) All pools shall be kept free from sediment, dirt or debris by frequent brushing and vacuuming of the bottom and side walls. Pool has high build-up of sediment and debris at time of inspection.
