13-189(c)(6) At all times a pool is in used the water shall be of such clarity that the main drains on the bottom of the pool at the deepest point are clearly visible from the deck. I was not able to see the drains at the botom of the pool. Pool is very cloudy.

13-189(c)(1) The pool shall be maintained in an alkaline condition at all times with pH levels between 7.2-7.8. pH first reading was 6.9; 2nd test produced a 8.6 value.

13-189(a)(5) All pools shall be kept free from sediment dirt, or debris. Observed sediment at the bottom of the pool before the water turned cloudy.

13-189(c)(6) At all times when pool is in use, the water shall be of such clarity that the main drains on the bottom of the pool at the deepest point are clearly visible from the deck. The viewer shall be able to to clearly distinguish the the type, shape and number of openings of the main drain grates or covers. While inspecting the pool, I was unable to see the bottom of the pool. I could not see the drains, and drains covers.

Cyanuric acid level at maximum 100ppm, but very high. Recommend backwashing.

Free chlorine was not in proper range. Code says Chlorine must be between 3-10ppm. First measurement: 0.22 Second measurement: 0.23

Cyanuric acid was measured at 170+. Code says cyanuric acid must not exceed maximum 100ppm.
