13-189(c)(1): The pool shall be maintained in an alkaline condition at all times with a pH level between 7.2-7.8. Upon arrival, initial pH reading of 6.9. CPO corrected on-site and pH was restored to 7.3.

13-189(c)(4): The pool water shall be tested for the disinfectant level & pH at least twice per day. Did not observe daily pool chemical logs.

13-187(c): A copy of the operator's certificate shall be conspicuously displayed near the operating permit. Observed no certificate or permit on display.

13-184(e)(5): unsecured hand rails considered an IHH. Observed ladder hand rail loose, no IHH present at this time.

13-201(b): A shower shall be provided at each entrance to the pool area. Observed no deck shower present.

13-202(c): Each pool shall maintain and make available for inspection a daily record of operating information including data on disinfectant levels, pH, and maintenance. -logs still not available

13-188(h)(9): a minimum of 1 covered and lined trash receptacle should be provided in the pool area.

• trash can was observed with no liner and the cover was damaged allowing rain water to collect.
• replace trash can.

13-202(c): Each pool shall maintain and make available for inspection a daily record of operating information including data on disinfectant levels, pH, and maintenance. -logs not being filled out. -chemicals should be tested twice daily.

13-188(f) All steps shall have handrails anchored in the bottom step and extended over the coping and anchored in the deck. -step railing was loose and came out of the deck upon inspection. -(13-184(e)(5)This is an imminent health hazard)

13-189(a)(5): pool shall not have debris. There is staining at the bottom. CPO fixed rope but will replace ring buoy later in the week

13-202(d): lifesaving equipment shall be mounted in a conspicuous place and be readily available for use and in good condition. The rope for the ring buoy is broken and withered. The rope needs to be replaced or a new ring buoy needs to be placed in the pool area.

13-189(a)(5): all pools shall be kept free from sediment, dirt, or debris. There is staining at the bottom of the pool so it needs to be acid washed.
