13-190(a) - skimmers and all circulation system components shall be operable and maintained. observed: skimmers' strainer baskets were full of leaves and debris. Recommend cleaning. no imminent health hazard.

13-187(c) - Most current inspection report must be displayed conspicuously. observed: No inspection posted.

13-189(a)(5) - pool surfaces must be kept free from sediment, dirt, & debris. observed: leaves and other debris present on pool surface.

13-187(c) - The operating permit should be current and displayed conspicuously observed: No operating permit was displayed

13-202(g) - Am operable hardwired telephone must be available with direct 911 access & locate the pool's address observed: Emergency phone could not hear callers & did not have the correct address of the pool. imminent health hazard
