Observed walls and base board stained and soiled in all rooms inspected. Observed base board in disrepair in room 114. Observed floor unclean 124. CA: Floors, walls, ceilings. windows, doors and all other appurtenances shall be of sound construction, properly maintained in good repair and shall be kept clean. In all new constructed and extensively remodeled residential kitchens used in bed and breakfast inns, coved base molding may be required. Walls and ceilings in residential kitchens shall be easily cleanable and light colored

Observed PIC turn on all AC control units in the office at approximately 11:00 AM to provide ventilation to rooms upon customer request, with the outside temperature at 83°F. PIC stated that the AC units are turned off overnight because some customers report being too cold. Discussed with PIC that adequate ventilation and comfortable environmental conditions must be maintained at all times for customers and that the AC units should not be turned off overnight
