13-189(c)(1): The free chlorine residual in all parts of the pool shall be maintained at a concentration between 3.0-10.00 ppm. Free chlorine measured at 13.32 ppm.
8 - chemical feeder operational and approved
13-197(a): The water in each pool shall be continuously chemically treated with an approved disinfecting agent, with appropriate approved equipment. Upon arrival, chemical feeder was non-operational.
9 - filter: approved, maintained and operating
13-190(a): All circulation system components shall function properly & be maintained in a clean condition, function properly, and be maintained in a clean condition. Upon arrival, the sand filter was non-operational & gauges read a pressure of 0 psi.
10 - pump: approved, maintained and operating
13-190(a): All circulation system components shall function properly & be maintained in a clean condition. Upon arrival, pump was switched off/non-operational.
19 - adequate turnover rate
13-190(a): The equipment shall be operated continuously to obtain the minimum required number of turnovers. Observed flow meter reading of 0 GPM.
28 - flow meter: appropriate range and location
13-190(a)(7): An adequately sized flow meter shall be installed on the return line to accurately indicate the circulation rate in GPM. Observed flow meter with reading of 0 GPM/non-functional.
32 - operator training certification available onsite and approved
13-202(b): A pool operator shall be responsible for the operation of a pool. Observed two CPO certificates posted, for two different individuals, with expiration dates of February 2025 and June 2026, respectively.
17 - skimmers/gutters maintained and operable
13-190(a): All circulation systems shall function properly and be maintained in a clean condition. Observed skimmer out-of-compliance with 2 to 3 disinfectant tablets within its basket. Further use of chlorine tablets in the skimmers will result in citations.
26 - gauge(s) in proper location; sight glass installed
13-183(d): Direct discharge of polluted waters shall not be made to any outlet or portion of public storm drain system. Equipment room filled to approx. ankle height with polluted water that was draining onto the street.
16 - pool deck: maintained, unobstructed and clean
13-188(h)(3): The required deck shall not contain rough & abrasive surfaces. Observed numerous large cracks & missing pieces of plaster throughout pool deck.
22 - signs: peak occupancy/pool/spa/signs legible and in clearview
13-202(m): Safety rules & regulations shall be easily readable. Observed safety rules & regulations missing information listing "peak occupancy" & "hours of operation".

13-187(c): The operating permit shall be framed & displayed. Observed two operating permits on display from 2021.
