During the inspection, microwaves, dressers, closet shelves, and/or chairs were observed to be torn or in disrepair in Rooms 142, 320, 329, and 325. These items should be repaired or replaced as necessary to maintain proper room condition and functionality. Observed ceiling light fixtures in disrepair in room 101,142
16 - toilet/lavatory/bathing facility fixtures and rooms clean and maintained; properly lighted, clearly marked, proper signage, and all in good repair

Loose toilet seats were observed in Rooms 220 and 320. Slow-draining sinks were noted in Rooms 220 and 329. A leak was detected at the sink in Room 142. Evidence of water damage was observed inside the bathroom cabinets in Rooms 132, 220, and 320. A hole in the bathroom ceiling was observed in Room 143. Cracked ceilings and peeling paint were noted in Rooms 132 and 208. Additionally, the bathroom door and baseboard in Room 208 were observed to be in disrepair
